Located on 30-acres with mountain views and only 10-15 minutes from downtown Boulder, Pearl Street, & CU, this one of a kind home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a kitchen, a dining table, and a fireplace. Its outside area includes a heated pool, hot tub, and pond – perfect for outdoor lovers. The suite attached to the house has its own entrance and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchenette. The master bedroom has an en suite bath with double sinks, standing shower, and a soaking tub. There is a cottage next to the main home that has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. Enjoy the rustic feel and decor while you entertain yourself: go swimming, fishing, kayaking, or just sit under the gazebo or in the teepee. The kids will love the playground, as well as the many goats that inhabit the property. If you’re lucky, you may even enjoy some of the produce from the large veggie garden.
