A two-time Culinary Gold Medal recipient and the Founder of the United States Chef Association, Chef Jimmy has been receiving accolades for his culinary work for the last 20 years. He is a staple of Aspen's culinary scene, cooking for the world-famous Caribou Club and extreme athletes at the X-Games. He has cooked for US presidents, world leaders, and A-list celebrities. Great taste is the name of the game for Chef Jimmy: his goal is to provide delicious, natural options for every meal. That's why he and his team prepare all of their meals with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Meet your Omnifique Magic Maker,  Joana Oliveira:

Joana is the person to call for anything you may need during your Stay. She originally hails from Portugal and currently resides in Boulder, Colorado, where Omnifique headquarters is located, and is specifically in Maui to assist you!

Joana’s background and training is as a Lawyer, and after meeting Omnifique switched industries to curated consultant destination travel and focuses on everything excellence. Her role involves making sure everything is just the way you want it to be, providing on-demand assistance for any request or inquiry. She is highly trained in the latest COVID-19 protocols, as well as health and safety standards. She is fully vaccinated and will be tested regularly.
