THE PURPLE LOG BOOK

Master Planning
No matter how expertise a pilot has, they always keep their log book, and we do the same. We record and document everything, so everyone involved in each stay has access to a live document with all the needed information and the latest updates.

THE EXPLORATION

Scouting the Location Before Check-In
High-end or luxury does not necessarily mean Omnifique. We always visit each property two to four weeks before the arrival of our clients to ensure that the accommodation meets our standards. We evaluate security, maintenance, decor, amenities, and vendors.

EVALUATION & LEARNING

Excellence Over and Over Again
The stay doesn’t finish when our clients leave. After each check-out, we develop an evaluation and learning document to discover what worked, what didn’t, why, and where we are heading next. This tool helps us identify areas of opportunity in every step of the process.

We do not trust the execution of our high-end escapades to third parties. Our team on the ground is there during the stay to execute and supervise every aspect of it. From pre-arrival property preparation to having the best pediatrician in town on speed dial: we are ready for anything.

DISTRIBUTION CENTER

Quality assurance for any location
After incorporating each essential product into our standard operating procedure, we stock them in our Distribution Center, where we track our live inventory. From there, we ship each item to our stay destinations.
