Most of the homeowners we work with only want to rent their 5-stars homes for short periods at a time. This means that there’s a lot of work involved in preparing each home before guests arrive, and then more work is required as soon as the guests leave. By work, we mean cleaning, organizing, moving, shifting, changing, hiding away, putting on display, and the list goes on.
Some homeowners have very special items of a personal nature and value in their homes that they wish to keep safe and separate from any guests who arrive. The time it would take for a busy homeowner to store away those items or to swap them out for a guest-designed alternative is enough time to make many of them give up on the idea of renting their home in the first place. And that’s a real shame.
But when the responsibility of making these changes and cleaning the property – at present, to meet the demanding regulations to ensure protection from all against COVID-19 – is handed over to the Omnifique team, everything suddenly seems so much easier. And that’s our goal. We make life easy for homeowners, and we create unforgettable experiences for guests. It’s a win-win situation all around for everyone.
But what’s most important about the Omnifique team, and what sets us apart from others, is that we operate like silent magic genies. Nobody notices us. Homes are just magically cleaned. Services are magically provided. Homeowners leave and return, guests come and go, and in-between, we wave our Omnifique wands, and everyone just feels in good hands. Abracadabra!
2. We make it happen… and that means, literally, anything
While some of our services are standard, like cleaning and home-management and booking inquiries, etc., every guest who chooses to stay in an Omnifique home is given the opportunity to make special requests. For example…
In the past, we’ve organized horse-riding lessons, helicopter tours, yoga sessions with baby goats (yes! you heard us… baby goats), personal chefs, cocktail parties, wine-tasting sessions from top sommeliers, and more. The list is endless because we make a point of organizing, offering, and making anything happen.
Homeowners love this about us, even more than our guests do, perhaps because it means that the experience of staying in our 5-star homes is genuinely one-of-a-kind. We know that all the properties in our care are exceptional, but we make the time spent in those homes unforgettable. We create 5-star experiences for 5-star guests staying in 5-star homes. Exciting, right?
3. We never stop creating
People love staying in our high-end homes. 2020, despite the world pandemic, has been an incredible year for Omnifique, and we’ve watched as the trends of 5-star home rentals have done nothing but grow from one month to the next. But we don’t choose to pride ourselves on current success. We aim to reach for future triumphs, which is why we never stop creating.
For example, in 2021, guests won’t just have access to our 5-star homes and our we-make-anything-happen bespoke experience. They’ll also be able to take advantage of our gifted goods. We’re curating some of the finest products from around the globe and dropping them with love into the homes we manage.
