Foodies rejoice! Rosetta Hall will be opening in downtown Boulder in early October. Created by the owners of the Boulder Theater and Boulder’s Rembrandt Yard gallery, the food hall will feature ten restaurants. Each concept will reflect the expertise and passion of the chefs. The assorted lineup of restaurants include West African cuisine, a patisserie, French bistro, Pan-Asian street food, Mexican-Korean cuisine, and more.
The CEO of the operation, Donovan Greene, spent three years researching food halls worldwide to come up with his vision. Only ten chefs were selected out of 50 to open their restaurants inside Rosetta Hall.
One of the top names of this food hall in Boulder is chef Justin Brunson, who is behind popular Denver restaurants Old Major and Masterpiece Delicatessen. Joseph Lee, a former executive chef at The Kitchen American Bistro will also be joining the lineup. Lee will be opening Tierra, a contemporary Mexican restaurant that will serve tacos with handmade tortillas and mole with a Korean influence.
This food hall in Boulder will also feature dance events, independent films, community gatherings, and live music. Patrons can grab a cocktail at the main bar and head up to the rooftop lounge to enjoy the best views of Boulder.
