So, yes, we are still welcoming guests who stay at our properties, wholly protected thanks to our high cleanliness standards and our Guest Inspection procedures. Cleaning up and disinfecting is a multi-step process that requires a lot of care. As “attention to detail” is basically our middle name and in the hopes of preventing the spread of COVID-19, we have designed a thorough process for our staff to follow. 

Omnifique’s Operation Staff and Guest Service professionals evaluate the properties before and after stays. Our team assesses different aspects, such as professional cleaning standards, inventory procedures, pre-stay, and post-stay protocols, to be followed through. 

What do we do to guarantee security and safety to our guests? 

  • The properties selected are secluded, protecting our guests, homeowners, and towns.
  • Before the guests arrive, the properties remain empty for 24 hours, which is the amount of time that the COVID-19 lasts on most surfaces.
  • Our Operations Staff and Guest Services professionals make sure to clean all surfaces where COVID-19 lasts more than 24 hours until the whole property is disinfected thoroughly. This includes plastic, wood, glass, and steel. We strive for excellence, so we are using hospital-level disinfectant, proven to kill Coronavirus. We are also adding a “touching point” disinfection routine:
