Omnifique’s Operation Staff and Guest Service professionals evaluate the properties before and after stays. Our team assesses different aspects, such as professional cleaning standards, inventory procedures, pre-stay, and post-stay protocols, to be followed through.
What do we do to guarantee security and safety to our guests?
- The properties selected are secluded, protecting our guests, homeowners, and towns.
- Before the guests arrive, the properties remain empty for 24 hours, which is the amount of time that the COVID-19 lasts on most surfaces.
- Our Operations Staff and Guest Services professionals make sure to clean all surfaces where COVID-19 lasts more than 24 hours until the whole property is disinfected thoroughly. This includes plastic, wood, glass, and steel. We strive for excellence, so we are using hospital-level disinfectant, proven to kill Coronavirus.
