Apricot Iced Tea Popsicles

A guilt-free treat to quench your summer sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apricots
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup apricot nectar

Instructions

  1. Boil water and brew tea. Steep for about 5 minutes. Add honey to the mix and stir until dissolved. Stir in apricot nectar.
  2. Slice apricots into thin slices and add several to each popsicle mold. Pour tea mixture over the slices and fill in the popsicle molds.
  3. Transfer to freezer for 4+ hours.
  4. Once frozen, remove the molds from the freezer and run under warm water. Enjoy!
