Private yacht experiences with famed conservationists, privacy and security, live music in the middle of the mountains… Every guest has their own request. At Omnifique, discerning, high-maintenance individuals are our bread and butter. We love designing unforgettable experiences, tailor-made to someone’s requirements and wishes. So, we sat down with our CEO Kate George to talk about what our clients are looking for when booking a stay with us.
What amenities or features do guests look for when booking an Omnifique property?
Kate George (KG): The top amenities are definitely #1 pool, then everything else follows. It is pool, pool, pool! And a heated pool open year-round is at the top of the list.
Another prime amenity would be an in-home gym. Now that guests can work from anywhere and are staying longer, office space is desirable.
What are some of the most popular experiences we coordinate? What about the most unconventional?
KG: Absolutely most popular is a private chef and in-home massage. Why leave when you can stay in!?
Some exceptional experiences we’ve created:
- BBQ lunch with a live band on the side of Ajax ski mountain in Aspen.
- Private yacht day with famed conservationist Ocean Ramsey to learn about her efforts and dive with sharks!
- Private, in-home concert with a guest’s favorite band!
- Swapping a mattress
What are some of the values/differentiating factors guests appreciate when staying with Omnifique?
KG: Definitely #1 the service and attention to detail. We believe in EXCELLENCE and nothing less. No stone goes unturned when it comes to our guest stays. We DO IT ALL and then some. From understanding their preferences like swimming at night and turning up the pool temperature, to never allowing lilies in any of the bouquets because the guest doesn’t particularly like the fragrance of lilies. We are always available yet completely invisible.
Another big thing is privacy. We take privacy and security extraordinarily seriously.
We’ve talked before about how traveler behavior has changed during the pandemic. How do you see the future of high-end travel post Covid-19?
KG: There’s no crystal ball, but guests are definitely trending towards the below:
- Reluctance of hotel stays.
- Traveling with families, neighbors or close friends/neighbors.
- Desire for more remote stays WITH amenities.
Guests do indeed want to travel – folks are ready for a change of scenery.
