What does 2021 hold for Omnifique, its guests, and its partners? An insight into our goals for the year ahead

2020 has been an interesting year, to say the least, but we’ve learned a lot, been surprised by a whole lot more, and we’ll be using what this year has taught us to help us move onwards and upwards as we break through into 2021. So, what can we tell you about our goals for the next 12 months? Our co-founders, Pam and Kate, take the lead…

What have you learned about guests, homeowners, and travel agents in 2020 that will most likely affect the important decisions made for Omnifique in 2021?

KCG: 2020 has turned life upside down as we knew it. Guests, homeowners, agents, and our team are eager to move forward from this challenging time. It’s still fairly unclear what the future holds, but no doubt we’ll be ready to conquer, however it pans out! In fact, what 2020 has taught us most is that it is imperative that we are, now more than ever, two-steps ahead of the game. Lucky for us, it’s something we’re pretty good at.

PB: As always, there are two ways for businesses and people to react to an uncontrollable situation. You either see it as a problem, preventing you from being able to move forward with your day to day life, or you accept that it’s a challenge ready to be conquered; something that you can work around or even work with to find new options, navigating with strength, calm and success. I learned in 2020 who our guests, homeowners, and travel agents are. They are a group of individuals in synchrony with our company optics. Our guests are traveling, with all the precautions in place, our homeowners are willing to open their doors, adapting to the new times, and our travel agents continue to generate business, with innovation and client understanding at the forefront of every decision they make. Our community is moving forward, just as we are, with or without a world pandemic at its heels. So, the main decision for us in 2021 is how to grow instead of how to restrain or stall.

What have been the highlights of Omnifique’s growth in 2020?

KCG: Growth has been the highlight. Growth in every way. I’ve said this often in 2020, but I think it’s worth saying just one more time. 2020 has been our infancy. We are now birthed and ready to dominate the world.

PB: For me, the highlight has been coming into contact with new people, who hold new ideas, and are ready to share their different experiences with the rest of the team. Diversity has made our company better than it was yesterday. Innovation has been a significant factor contributing to the rate of our growth in 2020.

What kind of challenges do you anticipate coming up against in 2021, and why?

KCG: 2021 is Omnifique’s year, challenges, or no. We’ve been working consistently to be in this “position to win” for some time now, and we’re always two steps ahead. We are agile, adaptable, and ready for immense success. So, if any challenges come our way, we’ll face them head-on and come out on top, for sure.

PB: For my part, I’m also anticipating our team having to deal with explosive growth. We’re in just the right place and at just the right moment to experience huge changes. We’re planning for a growth rate 10 times over in 2021, which will be exciting and challenging at the same time. We’re ready and prepared.

What are you most excited about as we move into 2021, and why?

KCG: I don’t even have to think about this one. I’m excited about growing Omnifique into a world leader within our industry.

PB: Without a doubt, I’m excited about the unparalleled level of consistent service that we incorporated into our company makeup. Unparalleled consistent service is now literally part of our DNA.

Can you give us a little insight into company news and corporate changes for 2021? Something that’s still hush-hush for now, but that just might grab our interest?

KCG: Of course not! A gal never plans and tells 😉

PB: I’ll spill the beans a little. Our Collections! We’ll be launching a very special collection of exclusive properties that will be highly limited, reserved only for those who can achieve and fall in love with the very best. Keep your eyes peeled.

On a final note, what plans do you have for Omnifique over the next five years?

KCG: My personal goal for Omnifique is that our brand becomes synonymous with excellence. 

PB: For me, it would be for us to become the major player within the high-end services industry worldwide. Sounds exciting, right?
