Partnerships and Opportunities: How our Sales Team Operates

2020 brought Omnifique a new set of challenges, but also many opportunities. As you can read here, guests all over the country are turning to vacation homes to avoid crowds at hotels. For our Sales team, this meant answering a growing number of inquiries and fishing for new partnerships and developing new channels. Read on to discover how they’re marketing your unique home.

In charge of our Sales team is Ruth Hazbun, who joined Omnifique as our Sales Director in 2020. In the middle of the pandemic that changed the travel industry forever, she uncovered plenty of new opportunities for the company. With patience, attention to detail, and a clear vision of what she wanted to achieve, she created our travel agencies channel. Her team focuses on developing long-lasting relationships with retailers in the tourism industry who cater to high-end clients. 

With your top of the line property and our world-class services, there is no doubt that Omnifique caters to these travelers’ demands. In Ruth’s words: “the world has changed. Today more and more clients want to have their holidays in a safe and comfortable place. For them, I strongly believe we are “the” best option in terms of concierge services for high-end consumers. We provide an unforgettable experience for them. Today our challenge is meeting this rapidly -increasing demand.”

Today, we’re working with approximately 30 travel agencies, developing a win-win relationship we believe will last long. Paying close attention to detail, matching client needs and experience offered (property + concierge), and ensuring our guests have the best time ever supports our long term relationship with clients and partners. It’s imaginable that many Americans will be inclined to avoid crowds, at least for the foreseeable future. Private and business travelers alike may prefer to stay in a private property over a busy, bustling hotel. We are happy to cater to that demand and make some fruitful connections along the way.

For the future, the Sales team is working hard on developing a comprehensive global portfolio. Like the Ritz Carlton or the W hotel, we want to provide our guests with the same extraordinary experience everywhere.
